Refund policy

Fine art prints

You can cancel your print order within 24 hours to avoid it being shipped and get a full refund. 

If a fine art print arrives damaged or if the quality doesn't meet expectations - please contact me immediately. Attach photos of the product and/or packaging so I can forward them to my print or shipping partner. You of course have a right to a full refund for damaged or misprinted products!

Original art

Cancel your order within 24 hours to avoid it being shipped and get a full refund.

Should you change your mind after you've received the painting, that's okay. An art purchase should feel 100% right. Please reach out to me within 30 days and I will give you instructions for return shipping. You are responsible for the shipping charges when returning an item. When the item is back with me, and in its original condition, I will give you a full refund for the painting. If the item was returned due to some fault on my part, I will handle the return shipping cost.

Digital courses

You can cancel your course order within 30 days and get a full return, as long as you have not started consuming the course contents yet. This is due to the unfortunate high risk and occurrence for course creators to have our hard work stolen, pirated, or merely "borrowed" and then returned. Please be sure before you purchase a course, and reach out to me if you have any questions.

Other digital orders

For other downloadable digital products, such as my Calm Marketing workbook and Notion templates, all sales are final and no refunds can be processed for the same reason as above. Be sure before you purchase, and reach out to me if you have any questions.
