Where is your store located?

In a house on the Swedish countryside. 😊 This is where all originals are shipped from.

For my art prints, I use Prodigi as my print-on-demand partner. They are known for the eco-friendliness, and have production facilities all around the world in order to provide fast and hassle-free shipping for my customers.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!

What payment options do I have?

My site is hosted on Shopify, which gives you a wide range of payment option: most types of credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal, and more.

When will I receive my order?

Prints are manufactured and shipped by my print-on-demand partner, Prodigi. They have production facilities all around the world, and you'll usually receive your order within 5-7 business days. All prints are shipped with tracking.

All original art ships from my home in Sweden. Since I live on the country side and share a car with my husband, it's not always possible for me to ship an order right away, but usually within a few days. If you’re worried about your order arriving on time, contact me and we’ll work something out!

Delivery time depends on where in the world you are. If ordering from Sweden, usually within 2 days after shipping. If ordering from abroad, anywhere between 3 to 10 days, depending on where you’re located.

I always ship with tracking.

Can I return a painting if I change my mind?

Of course! An art purchase should always feel 100% good. If, for whatever reason, you need to return your artwork, contact me about it within 30 days upon receiving your item. You are responsible for the shipping charges when returning an item. When the item is back with me, in its original condition, I will give you a full refund, minus shipping costs. If the item was returned due to some fault on my part, I will take care of the return shipping cost.

Contact me via email if you’d like to do a return, and I’ll send you instructions.

What happens if my order is lost?

It's rare, but it does happen sometimes. If it's been more than 10 days since I shipped the item to you, and you haven't received it yet, please contact me and I will investigate the issue!

What happens if my item/s are damaged during shipping?

I always package items with the utmost care, with waterproof sleeving around the artwork and sturdy packaging materials so that the parcel can’t easily be bent or damaged. If it turns out your package was damaged due to any fault on my part, I will of course replace or refund you for the item. Take photos of the package and send them to me and we’ll sort it out.

If the package was handled carelessly by the postal services, we might be eligable for compensation. If you suspect that’s the case, please keep the parcel as evidence, and take photographs of the damage and forward them to me.

Do you accept commissions?

I do! If you’re looking for something similar to my previous works, such as a particular bird or animal, that can easily be arranged. I also do pet portraits. If you’re interested in ordering a commissioned piece, read more on this page.
