How does it work?

I coach via the popular messaging app Telegram. There, we can send voice notes to each other, as well as chat messages, photos and files.

You can talk (or write) to me however much you want during our time together, whenever it suits you. And I'll reply during my business hours. No need to fit Zoom calls into our busy schedules, and struggle with time zone differences and tech issues. 🙄

This type of coaching is relaxed, flexible, and introvert friendly. You'll have me in your pocket 24/7 and can throw me questions, bounce ideas off me, ask for feedback on something you're working on, or get a pep talk/confidence boost whenever you need to.

    You'll get to fill out an intake form, so I can get to know your situation, goals, and challenges and determine if we're a good fit to work together.

    You'll get to pick the day, week or month for our time together, reserve it in my calendar, and make your payment.

  • Step 3: Get the app

    It's free, secure, and super-easy to use. If you're not already a Telegram user, I'll send you an invite and help get you started with ease.

  • Step 4: Coaching time!

    Your access starts on the date we’ve set together. You'll then have unlimited access to me during the time frame you've booked. I'll reply during my work hours of 10am-4pm CET.

What can we work on?

We'll tailor the coaching to whichever goals or challenges feel the most pressing for you right now. That might be:

✓ Getting your new creative business off the ground. Brainstorming your ideal customers, branding, offers, and marketing strategy.

✓ Problem solve your business. Figuring out what's not working, how you can make more sales, save time, simplify, be more efficient, or create more ease, flow and calm.

✓ Work on your mindset and creative blocks. Maybe you're battling your inner critic, perfectionism, a fear of being seen, keeping yourself small, avoiding uncomfortable situations, under-charging for your art or your time, et.c.

✓ Work on a project together! Maybe you're building your website or shop, or launching a new product or service, or trying to grow your YouTube channel, or writing a book, or creating a course, or a painting collection... I can be your sparring partner, give constructive feedback and ideas you can try.

FAQs

How quickly can we start?

After you've sent me your application, I'll get back to you to agree on a start date. Depending on what my schedule looks like, there might be some waiting before we can start. If it's an emergency, I might be able to fit you in.

How many replies will I get?

As many as you need and we can manage during our time together. It's totally up to you what you prefer: many smaller, quicker messages, or longer, more fleshed-out ones.

Regardless, I'll always respond to whatever you send me.

How quickly will you reply?

If it's during my business hours - as quickly as I'm able in order to give a good reply. I prefer quality responses over hurried, off-the-cuff ones.

Rest assured, you will be my number one priority during our time together.

Can I send photos/videos/links/files?

Yes! Send me videos, send me photos or screenshots, send me links, send me files, send me whatever you want, so I can give you feedback and advice.

Can we talk live as well?

I don't do scheduled live calls. But depending on what time zones we are in, we might be able to find a time when we're both online and can have a more rapid-fire conversation. Telegram also supports live calls, which is an option if we choose.

How will you repond to my messages?

I will generally stick to the same format of talking that you use. If you like voice messages, I'll reply by voice message. If you prefer writing, we'll stick with the chat. In some cases, it might be more helpful for me to respond in a different format than you for better clarity or a quicker response time. And if you have preferences, you can always let me know!

Can I cancel or re-schedule my access time?

Yes! You can cancel or re-schedule your access time within 24 hours of the start date.

How does payment work?

For the one-day and weekly package, you'll pay the full amount upon booking your spot. I offer a wide range of payment options, including credit card, PayPal, Google/Apple Pay, and Klarna.

For the monthly package, you'll pay in weekly instalments, with the first one due upon booking your spot.
